Bill went into the arms of Jesus yesterday, March 25, 2013. Bill was the FS for District 83, Quad County Council 9546 for several years. During this time he suffered from cancer and was being treated with chemo-therapy. He was a GREAT person to know and a true Knight. May God bless him and his family.
